01
This week, in plain English.
The change, the reason and the call to make — written after the numbers land.
PIRP Fleet
Every company you back.
One screen. Real numbers.
One portfolio view of sourced financials, deal terms, covenants and owner engagement.
Every company's books, read overnight. The ones that need a look come first.
The weekly operating view
One board for who is late, who is unreconciled and who has stopped answering.
01
The change, the reason and the call to make — written after the numbers land.
02
Sort, filter and compare every connected company with consistent measures.
03
Move from the portfolio view into the measured record of one business.
04
Follow findings from the first signal through owner action and measured result.
05
See exactly where reporting is current and where records still need attention.
The portfolio read is written overnight, after every company's own read lands.
Two numbers, never one. Reported and adjusted EBITDA stay side by side.
Who said so, and when. Every add-back names its source and can be switched off.
Same word, different shelf. Comparisons wait until accounts are mapped consistently.
Deal
Owners never see marks, MOIC or thesis targets unless you share them.
Purchasing
01
PIRP proposes the match. Your team confirms it.
02
See confirmed supplier volume across every participating company.
03
Compare the same item across plumbing and HVAC businesses.
04
Ambiguous supplier names stay out of the roll-up until you decide.
05
A clean, sourced position for the supplier conversation.
One shared operating truth, with clear boundaries around private work.
Choose a practical first group of businesses.
Each owner stays informed and in control.
Connect existing systems without a replacement project.
$499 per month per company, paid by the company.
Trust
Owners stay in control. Every figure traces back to the company's real records, or Fleet doesn't show it.
Nothing is shared until the owner makes a clear choice.
Every number tells you what it is and where it came from.
Financial calculations stay deterministic and traceable.
Unlike categories never get ranked as though they mean the same thing.
Fleet presents measured information and your firm's own assumptions.
Marks, MOIC and thesis targets remain within your firm unless shared.
Yes. When a firm asks to connect a company, the owner gets a real Approve or Decline, even when the firm requires PIRP across its portfolio. Nothing is shared until the owner approves.
Each company pays for its own PIRP subscription, $499 a month. There's no platform contract for the firm; Fleet is the firm's view of the companies that have connected.
No. PIRP never sets a valuation multiple. If a firm enters its own mark, PIRP applies it to measured earnings, so any implied value is arithmetic on the firm's own number, not PIRP's opinion.
PIRP surfaces gaps and source issues so they can be addressed rather than hidden by estimates.
The owner sees everything PIRP measures about their business, including the same flags the firm sees, and is told what the firm can see. The one exception is the firm's own records, such as its deal terms, which stay private to the firm unless it chooses to share them.
Each company connects QuickBooks Online, Plaid and Jobber today, with Gusto, Google Business Profile and Sage coming.
